Making big decisions can be challenging and overwhelming. Here are 10 ways to help you have peace of mind when working through big things.


1. Gather information from 1-2 trusted sources.

2. Make a Pro/ Con List.

3. Take a walk.

4. Write about it.

5. Practice what you’re going to say when you announce your decision.

6. State your decision but don’t over explain.

7. Practice a response for those who don’t agree.

8. Disconnect from outside influences.

9. Breathe.

10. Move on.
