Garlic Feet for the Common Cold
Garlic is a powerful food with natural antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
This garlic feet protocol can be used for many conditions like:
Bronchitis
Croup
Pneumonia
Asthma
Common Cold
.. and more
Step 1: Mince garlic
1-5 cloves for children depending on the size of their feet
6-9 cloves for adults
Step 2: Mix with vaseline to a pasty consistency
The purpose is to keep the garlic from burning the feet.
Step 3: Apply to each foot
Coat the entire food (top, bottom, between toes) with a 1/4" thick layer of vaseline.
Put it on thicker than you think.
Apply half the garlic paste to the sole.
Step 4: Cover
Cover foot with a plastic bag (like a produce bag) and then a sock.
Step 5: Good night!
Leave on overnight. Wash off in the morning with dish soap.


I've heard of this home remedy somewhere a while ago, but I didn't realize that garlic is that powerful of a food. Good to know.
