How Do I Know If I Need To Change My Diet?

What you eat is always going to affect the way your body functions.


How much diet contributes to symptoms will vary from person to person. Sometimes it’s 10% and sometimes it’s 80%, or anywhere in between.


We recommend taking a look at your diet if you’re experiencing any symptoms like:

  • general malaise

  • brittle nails

  • hair loss

  • difficulty focusing

  • anxiety

  • depression

  • allergies

  • constipation or diarrhea
